You’ll begin with a Gentle First Session, where we talk about your history, assess how your body is moving, and begin building a safe foundation.

From there, the program includes:

✔ Gentle First Session (consultation + assessment)

✔ 2 Private Sessions

✔ 4 Small Group Reformer Classes

✔ Step-by-step progression

✔ Personalized guidance throughout
