Cat’s Core
Hi, I’m Cat! Pilates instructor, breathwork facilitator and someone who deeply understands what it’s like to carry more than your body ever admits out loud.
Cat’s Core was born from a simple truth:
Women deserve a space where their nervous system can finally exhale.
For years, I moved through life in “go mode” — taking care of everyone else, ignoring my own signals, and pushing through stress because that’s what strong women are taught to do. My body eventually told the truth long before I did.
Pilates brought me back into myself.
Breathwork + Bodywork helped me soften.
Mindful movement helped me remember who I was.
Now, I’ve created a space where other women can experience that same reconnection.
This isn’t a performance studio.
It’s not about perfection, aesthetics or keeping up.
It’s about:
feeling supported, not judged
building strength without force
moving in ways that regulate your nervous system
creating safety in your body again
laughing, learning, and growing together
Everything here is designed with your whole self in mind — your body, your breath, your emotional load, your life. Whether you’re rebuilding, beginning again, or simply craving a moment of peace… this is your place to land.
